Another great blog hop by Stampin' Addicts members! We are each featuring a different Fall product from the Holiday Catalog. I think this is the best catalog
we have offered yet! You are at stop #1. There are 12 blogs in the blog hop.
If you are traveling forward in the blog hop you just came from Mary's Blog,
Scrap and Stamp With Mary. She showcased the My Digital Studio Download
Halloween Bites MDS Template beautifully.
For my projects I am using the Seasonal Snapshot Project Life Card Collection
and Accessory Packs. You're not a scapbooker?
Well, check out what else you can create with these kits!
My first project is a Pocket Tag card.
I used the envelope punch board to create a quick and easy pocket.
It, and my die cut leaves, are embossed with different embossing folders.
The Project Life cards make quick work of creating tags for any project.
For the smaller tag I cut one card down and attached 2 sections together
to use the words from the top of the card, with the banner on the bottom
of the card. My "twine" pieces are long strands pulled off a 3 foot section
of the Burlap ribbon.
Add a small banner with a name to the leaves and you have something beautiful
to place at each family members spot for your Thanksgiving dinner.
A small candy treat would even fit inside!
My next project is a Treat Slider card. While these have been around for a while,
they are the perfect project to use the cards from this kit with.
I used the Sweet Treat Embellishment Cups to hold my candy treat.
Using the envelope Punch board I created my pocket.
Yes, for this one I will have instructions!
I attached a Halloween card from the pack to the front of the pocket, then added
the Sweet Treat Cup. Another card is the pull up tag to reveal the opening
for the candy in the back. The little tag and colored dot in the top left corner
are from the sticker sheet in the Accessory Kit.
Here is my scrapbook page. It took me 20 minutes to put together!
It took me longer to find photos. These kits are so easy to use!
The divided pages make creating your layout a snap.
I used sequins, round and star shaped, plus several stickers and a striped button from the accessory pack. The little card that looks like notepaper will be where I write my "story" about the photos. My son hates for me to put that online.
Last a card!
The Accessory kit includes 3 acetate sheets 3" x 4" with greetings on them.
After trimming one 4" x 6" card down to fit the front of a card base,
I layered the Halloween greeting over black cardstock.
I added some of the stickers in the kit and popped it onto the front of the card.
Easy, peasy fun kits!
Don't forget to check back Monday for the how tos on the different projects.
Next on the blog hop is Carmen's blog, Stampin' Addiction.
She will be showing you spooky projects made with the Frightful Wreath kit.
Thanks for hopping by!
