January Thank You cards

Cute little 3" x 3" cards I tucked into last month's orders.

Cute and quick cards!
An easy way to showcase part of a larger image.
I embossed the black layer with the new Scallops embossing folder.

Materials:
Black cardstock
White cardstock
Dimensionals
Black ink
Stamp with large image

Directions:
1. Cut black cardstock 3" x 6".
Score at 3".  Fold on score line.

2. Cut a 2 3/4" square from Black cardstock.
Die cut or punch a window opening centered on square.
(I used the label Collection framelits.)
Emboss square with embossing folder.

3. Stamp image on card stock.
Cut a 2 5/8" square from image area that you want to feature.
Adhere to card front with adhesive.
I was abled to get 2 squares from each stamped Poppy Background stamp image.

4. Adhere black embossed layer, centered on card front, with Dimensionals.
You could add some Rhinestones to the bottom right corner.
Now I think of that!  lol  All the orders are picked up!

You could color in the image with Blender pens and ink.  I had limited time to get these done.
It could also be the black ink stamped over a subtle background paper.
The new Watercolor Wonder designer paper would work well.

Happy stamping!
