A Bit O' Green

Isn't this a cute card for St. Patty's Day?

I drew a template for the stamp night gals to cut around to create the hat card.  They cut that out of Wild Wasabi.  The image is the shamrock from Got Treats?  Stamp the whole image on white in Garden Green.  Punch out the shamrock with the 1 1/4" Circle punch.  Layer that on a 1 3/8" Circle punch of Wild Wasabi, then a Garden Green scallop circle.
Stamp the image again on white and punch out just the words using the Decorative Label punch.
The 1" x 3.5' dsp strip is retired paper, but was the perfect green for this card.  I had the gals attach 2 Garden Green strips 3.5" x 3/4" to the back of the dsp strip.   They are punched with the Scallop Trim Border punch.  Start with a larger piece and cut off the 3/4" strip after you have the edge punched.  All of these pieces were longer than the card and trimmed after attaching them so they followed the curved edge of the card.
Attach band to card.  Trim edges.
Attach Got Green? tag portion to band.
Attach Shamrock embellishment over band edge.
Inside we stamped and punched out this greeting with the 1 3/4" Circle punch.

Quick and cute!

Happy stamping!
