For the tool collector in your family!

This is a fun card I saw online a while back.
It looks harder than it is.
Black card base with 3.5" x 4" white insert inside for greeting.

Punch 4 corners of 3.75" x 5" Real Red cardstock with ticket corner punch.  (You can use a small circle punch to do this too.  It's to create a place for the brads.)
Crimp Real Red cardstock.  Attach to 4" x 5.25" gray cs.  Punch holes with 1/8" hand punch in corners, to insert brads through.  I found these screw style brads years ago and only used them once.  Hoarding again!  lol  I used 2 of each of the designs, slotted and phillips styles!

To make the wrenches:
Using the Boho Blossom punch, punch the largest shape of Boho Blossom punch
in shiny silver cs.  Punch out around this shape with the 1 ¼” circle punch.
Cut a portion of circle away to create open end of wrench.  See photo of card.

Punch with the smallest shape in the Boho Blossom punch in shiny silver cs.
Punch out around this shape with 1” punch.

Attach 3.5" x ½” wide strips of silver to card front in an X.  (To create the pressed metal look on the handle, I scored a large sheet every 1/2" then cut between those lines so the scoring would be centered on the strips.)
Attach punched circles over each end.
Attach all this to card base.

Stamp greeting and punch out wIth Designer label Punch.  Sponge edges with blaCK ink.  Attach to 1 3/8” black circle.  Attach to card with dimensionals.

Your card is set for your tool collector!

Happy stamping!

I've been hoarding these same brads, Kim! TFS this macho idea.

I had also seen this quite some time ago but had forgotten about it. I'll be ordering stuff for me in a few days and had put boho blossoms punch on it, but today was talking myself out of it in favor of the butterfly punch, now I don't know again! lol Super cute card!!
