October Club Cards

I almost forgot to share these!

This first card is the Brayered Technique.
Ink the inside of the embossing folder (the side
with the hollows in it) using the brayer and your ink pad.

Insert the cardstock, then run it through the Big Shot.
The areas that are white were pressed into the hollows
where there is no ink.  That's why they stay white.
Go ahead, try it. It's easy!

Those snowflakes are from the the Northern Frost
Decorative Strip Die #120901  $21.95.  They cut out so easily.

Next is a card for Thanksgiving.
It is a 2 flap card as you'll see in the next picture.
I used Paisley Prints and the Rock n' Roll method
to make the sample.  For club we ran markers around
the edge of the leaf image.  Both ways worked to get this effect.

Inside view.
It really needs something in here.  I didn't have a vertical stamp
for the orange area.  The other is where you'd write your holiday wish.

A gift card holder that I cased from Carolee Crabb.
She sent this card in to my Holiday Mini Swap.  So very clever!
It is a single rectangle back.  Just 4.25" x 5.5" with a mini card on it.

Inside she used the Scallop Edge Punch to create the opening
for the gift card.   A band around the middle allows the recipient
to pull it out of the pocket.  The trick is remembering to just apply tape
around three sides of the white cardstock.

Lastly we made a luminary light.
Just change out the raffia for a bright Christmas ribbon
and you can keep this out from Halloween
through New Years!
It is a Fancy Favor box with a hole punched
with the 2.5" Circle punch.  Quick to make.

Happy Stamping!
